OrderKept Terms of Service

By installing or using OrderKept on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.

The service

OrderKept estimates what you “kept” on an order: merchandise + shipping charged, minus product unit cost (from Shopify variant Inventory cost), an estimated card processing fee (default 2.9% + $0.30), and shipping paid when known (often unknown and treated as $0 with a note). Figures are estimates for merchant decision support, not accounting, tax, or payment-processor statements of record.

Your responsibilities

• Keep product unit costs accurate in Shopify.
• Confirm fee assumptions match your processor; defaults may not match every plan or currency.
• Comply with Shopify’s terms and applicable law.

Fees

App subscription pricing is charged through Shopify Billing when enabled. Card-fee constants inside the profit math are modeling inputs, not a charge from OrderKept.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, incorrect unit-cost data, or decisions made solely from OrderKept estimates. Maximum liability related to the app is limited to fees you paid to OrderKept in the prior three months (if any).

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may discontinue or modify the app with notice via the Partner listing or in-app messaging when practical. Uninstall deletes our stored sessions for your shop.
